The PE PipeExtrusion line can be used in producing pipe for water and gas supplying and drain pipe Feature: 1) The line is applied with pipe extrusion.The screw of extruder is equipped with barrier unit and mixing structure and the barrel owns new style grooves. All of these offer good plastification and mixing effect. Special design of basket die head HDPE(PP,ABS) large diameter pipe with wall offer lower melting temperature, good mixing, lower pressure of cavity and stable production. 2) Spcial design for sizing and cooling system by using film and water ring cool HDPE(PP,ABS)material,which can fit for the requirement of HDPE(PP,ABS),and the stability of diameter and roundness when producing the pipe with thick wall. 3) Special design vacuum sizing tank can ensure the stability of size and rounedness,speed controllers are used in extruder,haul-off to offer stability and precision performance. 4) The whole line adopts PLC performance control system and large liquid crystal screen,which makes the operation very convenient.The line can be equipped with another extruder used for estruding the mark line. The diameter of pipe is from Φ16mm Φ630mm. We also can design the machine according to your requirements.
